1.1. These Terms of Service govern the relationship between MindForge educational platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and individuals ("User", "you") using the Platform.

1.2. The Platform provides access to educational content in mathematics, computer science, and related fields through interactive lessons, tests, and AI tools.

1.3. You must be at least 14 years old to use the Platform. Users between 14 and 18 years must have parental consent.

• FREE: 5 lessons to start + 2 lessons per day, 50 AI Points
• PRO: Full access to all content, 500 AI Points monthly

3.1. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

3.2. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial payment if you haven't accessed paid content.

3.3. Contact support@mind-forge.ru for refund requests.

• Provide accurate registration information
• Do not share account access with others
• Do not copy or distribute educational materials
• Do not use automated tools to access the Platform

All Platform materials are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a non-exclusive license to use materials for personal learning only.
